How to use

For headache: In case of a headache, apply it on the forehead and temple and massage it gently with your hands.

For flu-like cold and cough: Massage slowly by rolling on to the chest, throat, and the soles of the feet.

For Blocked Nose: If the nose is blocked due to cold, apply it on the nostrils and press the area slightly. Now take a deep breath to reduce nasal congestion i.e. to open the nose.
