Once the order is placed and the payment is made for the goods, Vedobi will send you an e-mail confirming that the payment has been received. The e-mail will also give the details about your order and delivery information. However, this is only if the e-mail address submitted by you is accurate.

 

The items that are in-stock are usually shipped within a time period of 24-48 hours on working days. However, it is possible that the shipment may be delayed due to special requirements if any, bulk orders, severe climatic conditions or any unforeseen issues or circumstances. But Vedobi will try to pack and ship your order as soon as it is possible within two business days from the date of placement of order. If the payment information is incomplete or inaccurate, order processing may be delayed and make take an additional two business days. Transit time and the actual date of delivery is dependent on your location.

 

We encourage the practice of printing or saving the payment information of online transaction and the confirmation e-mail as soon as you receive so that you can contact us regarding your order whenever required. If any information received by you on the e-mail is found to be incorrect, kindly let us know immediately so that it can be rectified.

 

Declaration of Value

 

It may be noted that Vedobi ensures that the full value of your order without any shipping or delivery charges is declared on the shipping documents or the label of the packaging.

 

Express Shipping

 

You can place your order with premium delivery facility that allows quick delivery to your shipping address. However, express delivery will also take a minimum of two to three business days for processing before it is shipped to your delivery address. After your order is processed at Vedobi, it will be prioritized and we will try to deliver it to your delivery address as fast as possible. Express delivery is available only in the main metro cities and not in any remote locations.

 

Shipping Charges

 

Shipping Charges and Handling Costs are mentioned when you place an order and depend on the total cost of the items ordered and delivery options chosen by you. However, in case of multiple items in one order, these may be shipped separately but shipping will be charged only as one package.

 

In case, there is any kind of error in the shipping address or the package is refused by you or you are not reachable then the shipping charges for the redelivery of package will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping Address

 

All the items ordered by you in one order must have a single delivery address. Kindly ensure that the shipping address given by you is accurate to prevent any delays in order processing. You can change the delivery address within 24 hours of order placement, but not after that since your order is processed within two business days.

 

Delivery Information

 

As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a confirmation e-mail on the e-mail address submitted by you. You will also be issued a Tracking-ID to help you track your order.

Delivery of the order is made between 10 AM to 6PM for all locations that are within our service area.

 

Errors Notification

 

In case, you find that the items sent to you on the confirmation-email do not match the order you placed, kindly notify us immediately so that your order may be replaced. In case, you find that when you receive delivery, the items do not match the order placed by you, then also you may notify us on our customer care email and we will replace your order.

 

Damaged Items

 

Vedobi has no return or exchange policy, however we have a replacement policy for damaged products. In case, you find that the goods you receive have been damaged in transit or there is a manufacturing defect or damage, kindly notify us and these will be replaced.
