डायबा-फ्री लोशन की 5-6 बूंदें लें और हथेली पर लगाएं। फिर दोबारा 5-6 बूंदें लें और पैरों के तलवों पर लगाएं। इसके बाद 3-5 मिनट या अपनी आवश्यकतानुसार हल्के हाथों से मालिश करें।
इसे दिन में दो बार, सुबह खाली पेट और रात को खाना खाने के बाद इस्तेमाल करें। एक दिन में डायबा फ्री की कुल 24 बूंदों का प्रयोग करें।
डायबा फ्री कैप्सूल दिन में दो बार, एक बार सुबह खाली पेट और रात के खाने से पहले लें, या डॉक्टर की सलाह के अनुसार लें।
