The address at which the delivery of the product, ordered by you, is to be made needs to be correct and proper. In case of non-delivery or late delivery of orders on account of a mistake on your part (wrong or incomplete name, address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Vedobi for redelivery of the said order shall be borne by the customer, prior to the redelivery.

Vedobi by no means shall entertain any complaint after 15 days from the date of the delivery of the order.

Cancellation, Complaints and Refund Policy

Please take note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process thus we cancel such orders even if approved. We reserve the right, solely at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some unavoidable circumstances that may lead to the cancellation of your order include unavailability of stocks, inaccurate or error in the offered product or pricing and other information that is a misprint. We will connect with you and take your consideration regarding all or any part of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required for us to accept your order. In case we are not able to process your order due to reasons such as unserviceable location, delivery restrictions the order will be cancelled after 7 working days we will initiate a refund. We will not be able to cancel the orders that have already been processed and shipped out.

No claims or action arising out of the use of the Website or these Terms and conditions may be brought by you more than one year after the cause of action relating to such claim or action arose. If the customer has mistakenly ordered the wrong product and wishes to replace it, they would only be able to do so if they are ready to pay the shipping fee.
