Dry-ginger (Zingiber officinale)

It has antiviral properties which helps to relieve sneezing, runny nose and watery eyes in the rhinitis. Dry ginger opens up nasal passages and allows free flow of air through the nose.

Costus root (Saussurea lappa)

The chemicals present in the costus oil helps prevent the narrowing of the airways. Chronic headache can be relieved with costus when administered along with water as nasal drops. Apart from this, costus also reduces snoring by having a positive effect on nasal problems.

Long pepper (Piper longum)

Long pepper (pippali) helps in providing relief from nasal congestion because it acts as a decongestant and expectorant. It helps in snoring indirectly by clearing air passage. It is effective in coughing and common cold when taken with honey.

Indian Bael (Aegle marmelos)

When the acid reflux occurs at night, it can travel to the back of the neck and irritate the soft palate which leads to swelling of the tissue. The airway narrows and the person starts snoring. Grapes (Vitis Vinifera)

Sesame Oil (Sesamum indicum)

Sesame contains vitamins, minerals, natural oils, and organic compounds including calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, copper, zinc, fibre, thiamine, vitamin B6, folate, protein, and tryptophan. It is beneficial in sleep apnea and chronic snoring.

How To Use

Sit comfortably or lie down on your back. Pour 2-3 drops of Vedobi Snoring Drops in each nostril. Let the drops slide down in your nose and wait for 2-3 minutes. If you feel the drops coming down your throat spit it out. For better results use twice a day.
In chronic cases take Steam Inhalation along with snoring drops for better results.
