12 Health Benefits of eating Pears (Nashpati)
Pears are an excellent source of healthy nutrients. In India, it is known as Nashpati. Pears are round, sweet, juicy and come in a variety of colors, from light green to brownish green to pale yellow, with an unusual texture that changes as they ripe. Some pears have round bodies that taper to the neck of varying lengths (European pears), while others are completely rounded without a neck (Asian pears) and some are finely textured.
