Types of asthma
Allergic Asthma

During Allergic Asthma, the patient is allergic to a particular thing, such as when he comes in contact with dust and soil, he starts feeling short of breath or due to change in weather, the patient can also become a victim of asthma.

Nonallergic Asthma

This type of asthma is caused by going to the extreme of something. For example, when a person is under a lot of stress, he starts laughing very loudly, has got a lot of colds or has a lot of coughs, then he becomes vulnerable to nonallergic asthma.

Seasonal Asthma

Seasonal Asthma is a type of asthma caused by pollen grains or excess moisture in a particular season, not throughout the year.

Child onset Asthma

Precautions to prevent Asthma
  • Asthma patients should avoid rain, cold, and dusty place. The increase in moisture during the rainy season increases the chances of infection.
  • One should not live in an environment that is too cold and high in humidity. This can increase the symptoms of asthma.
  • Wear a mask when you leave the house.
  • Avoid going in fog during the winter season.
  • Fresh paints, insecticides, sprays, incense sticks, aromatic perfumes should be avoided as much as possible.
  • Stay away from people who smoke.
  • Apart from this, the effects of asthma can be reduced by making healthy changes in lifestyle and diet.

Ginger and honey is the most popular home remedy for asthma

The traditional combination of ginger and honey is very beneficial for asthma. It soothes the throat, treats cold and cough and improves airflow in the lungs. For quick relief, take ginger with honey and black pepper daily.

Using amla prevents asthma

Amla is very good at curing asthma. It maintains respiratory functions and provides instant relief from cough. To avoid asthma and related disorders, one can drink amla juice every morning or eat a mixture of ground Indian gooseberry and honey.
