Benefits of Avipattikara Churna
Indigestion-
Avipattikar Churna is effective in indigestion due to its appetizer(Deepan) and digestive (Pachan) properties, which help properly digest and relieve indigestion. For this, take 2-3 grams of churna and swallow with water or buttermilk. Repeat it once or twice a day after meals until symptoms start to reduce.
Constipation-
Due to the imbalance of Vata dosha, the intestines become dry due to the dry property of Vata dosha. This makes the stool dry and results in constipation. Avipattikara Churna helps to reduce constipation due to its vata balancing and laxative properties. For this, intake of 2-3 grams of Avipattikara Churna twice daily with lukewarm water will provide relief.
Acidity-
Acidity is a stomach condition in which the stomach produces acid in excess when the food is left undigested or due to the formation of Ama in the body which results in aggravated Pitta dosha. Avipattikara Churna reduces acidity as it has laxative and Pitta dosha balancing properties. It works as a cooling agent by controlling the acid production inside the body.
Kidney-related problems-
Avipattikara Churna lowers the risk of kidney problems by improving kidney function. Additionally, avipattikara churna has shown positive results in eliminating kidney stones. This churna can also treat nephritis by lowering inflammation of kidneys, tubules, glomeruli, and interstitial tissue.
