Detoxification is the physiological process by which the body is free from toxins. Toxins here mean substances that negatively impact health. It contains all the metals, chemicals, pollution, and artificial foods, which harm the body in any way.


We often take some important precautions to avoid these toxins. But it is not enough just to be careful. Because through water, food, and air, we are constantly exposed to many harmful organisms and pollutants. Increase physical exertion-
