- Those who have recently undergone surgery should not use fish oil.
- Children may have allergic reactions such as itching, sneezing, or coughing when they consume fish oil excessively.
- It should also not be used during bleeding disorder.
- During pregnancy and in lactating women, fish oil should be used after the doctor's advice.
