Apple cider vinegar helps in making the skin clear and shiny by reducing the spots of the face and skin. For this, mix apple cider vinegar and water in a ratio of 1: 3. Now apply the mixture on the affected part of the skin with the help of cotton. After some time, wash it with cold water. Repeat this process regularly for a few days to see the difference.

 

For Sunburn-

It prevents infection by keeping the pH level of the skin balanced. In addition, apple cider vinegar has also been considered effective in treating sunburn. For this, put a cup of apple cider vinegar in the bathing water. Repeating this process for a few days will cure sunburn quickly.

 

For Hair-

Apple cider vinegar can also be used for hair. For this, after shampooing the hair, mix a little apple cider vinegar in water and wash the hair with it. By doing this, the hair becomes healthy and shiny.

 

For dandruff and oily hair-

The problem of dandruff and oily hair can be eliminated by using apple cider vinegar because the acids present in it serve to reduce the excess amount of dandruff and oil present in the hair. For this, mix one to two glasses of water in 10 to 15mL apple cider vinegar and apply it to the scalp and hair roots. For best results, repeat this process twice a week.

 

Side-effects of Apple cider vinegar

  • Teeth become sensitive to acidic food or beverages. Therefore, excessive intake of apple cider vinegar can spoil the teeth.
  • Excessive intake of apple cider vinegar can cause nausea.
  • Excessive use can also lead to loss of appetite.
  • Apple cider vinegar is used to reduce high blood pressure. Therefore, people who are suffering from low blood pressure should not consume it.
  • Using apple cider vinegar on sensitive skin can cause irritation and rashes. Therefore, a patch test is recommended before using it.
