  • Poor taste of mouth.
  • Headache and heartburn due to its excessive intake.
  • Excessive nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea.
  • Consuming high amounts of fish oil can cause a decrease in blood pressure. Therefore, people with low blood pressure should stay away from Fish Oil.
  • Those who have recently undergone surgery should not use fish oil.
  • Children may have allergic reactions such as itching, sneezing, or coughing when they consume fish oil excessively.
  • It should also not be used during bleeding disorder.
  • During pregnancy and in lactating women, fish oil should be used after the doctor's advice.
